ANCASTER, Ont. (26/02/2015) – The Hamilton Bombers do a scrimmage practice to prepare for their upcoming games. The Bombers are one of two home teams from Hamilton Area Roller Derby or H.A.R.D. They are based out of Ancaster and were originally formed as Los Conos Roller Derby in 2012, and the Hamilton Bombers was born in November 2014. H.A.R.D. is currently working on forming a junior program for March 2015, and a men’s program in the future. Photo by Alicia Wynter
Ministro Mercadante traz apoio da presidenta Dilma ao Hamilton “Tenho orgulho de ver esses que nesses 12 anos de governo do Marco Aurélio e do Hamilton nós mudamos Jacareí. E agora, com essa experiência, o Hamilton vai fazer muito mais, e vai fazer melhor. Um governo ético e comprometido com o povo. Em time que está ganhando a gente não mexe. Vote com convicção, vote número 13, Hamilton.” A declaração é do ministro da Educação, Aloizio Mercadante, que esteve com a gente aqui em Jacareí na manhã dessa sábado. O ministro veio dar seu apoio à nossa candidatura e trazer o apoio da presidenta Dilma, que tem ajudado muito Jacareí com projetos do Governo Federal. Junto com o candidato a vice-prefeito, Dr. Adel, percorremos várias ruas da região central da cidade, e recebemos muitos apoios das pessoas por onde passávamos. O ministro Mercadante nos disse que o Instituto Técnico Federal, que está em obras, vai formar nossa juventude, e a partir de 2013 vamos ter aqui cursos técnicos de grande qualidade. E o Mercadante disse mais: “o Hamilton é o candidato do ministro Mercadante, é o candidato da presidenta Dilma. O Programa Brasil Carinhoso, do Ministério da Educação, investe R$ 1,2 milhão em cada creche e a prefeitura entra com a contrapartida. Então vamos expandir em mais 1.000 vagas de creches e vamos trazer para nossas crianças aqui em Jacareí”.
