His eBay product picture showed the product on the right only but in the larger, 5oz size.
I interpreted his ad to mean than instead of the 6oz tube, I'd be getting a different size.
Lots of eBay sellers show photos of another sized item than the one they are selling, because they get the photo from the manufacturer's site.
I did not understand that he would be REMOVING the product from the other container, and REPACKAGING it into his own package. This package, on the left, has no label at all.
I have no idea if what he put it in is safe, or the real thing.
According to FDA rules this is not okay:

The second problem is that Frederick Fekkai probably has no idea that it's products are being sold in repackaged bottles.
I've notified Ebay, the FDA and Frederick Fekkai about this problem.
The seller, Patrick Cheung has sold at least 4 other bottles of this same item.

In addition to the problem where he is repackaging branded products and not letting people know, I had also asked, just after the auction if he would combine shipping.
He refused, saying that "ebay was for deals not steals".. in other words, if he combined shipping then he would not make enough from the Ebay sale. However, Ebay prohibits this practice and I told him that. But he still refused to allow me to buy two items and combine the shipping.
After receiving the product, I realized that he was lowballing what would otherwise be a nice product, by repackaging it, and then making up the Ebay fees and getting more profit through the shipping and handling charges (handling for him consisted of an unlined manila envelope.. and $1.64 of postage.
All of this is prohibited and combined with his abusive behavior, and retaliatory feedback, is a real problem.

Voici quelques petites recettes à faire soit-même pour revigorer, hydrater et faire ressortir l'éclat de nos cheveux.
- Première recette : Masque capillaire au beurre de karité.
La veille d’un shampooing, faites fondre du beurre de karité 100%bio (ex: Cattier ou Afrcain) entre les paumes des mains jusqu’à l’obtention d’une huile à faire glisser sur vos cheveux. Enduisez la totalité des cheveux des racines jusqu’aux pointes puis attacher vos cheveux en chignon ou poser une serviette pour ne pas graisser vos draps. Le beurre de karité est excellent pour nourrir, protéger et redonner éclat et vitalité aux cheveux secs et cassants mais ce soin de beauté est gras et difficile à rincer alors ne négligez pas l’étape du shampooing. J'ai essayer : Très hydratant!!!!! Faire 2 shampoing le lendemain par exemple.
Deuxième recette : Masque capillaire tiède à l’huile d’olive
Faites tiédir un verre d’huile d’olive extra vierge et appliquez sur l’ensemble de la chevelure. Enveloppez vos cheveux dans une serviette chaude et laissez agir environ trente minutes. Rincez soigneusement avant de procéder au shampooing. Facile et donne beaucoup d'éclat.
Troisième recette : Masque capillaire à l’huile de jojoba et au romarin
Ajoutez trois gouttes d’huile essentielle de romarin à trois cuillères à soupe d’huile de jojoba. Appliquez sur cheveux mouillés et laissez agir environ vingt minutes. Procédez ensuite au shampooing. L'huile de jojoba est parfaite pour les cheveux combinée à celle de romarin cela va aider nos cheveux à pousser plus vite en les revigorant.
Quatrième recette : Masque capillaire aux œufs et à l’huile d’argan
Battez deux jaunes d’œufs avec une cuillère à soupe d’huile d’argan. Posez ce soin de beauté sur vos cheveux pendant environ vingt minutes puis lavez soigneusement vos cheveux (deux shampooings seront peut-être nécessaires si vous avez les cheveux épais) J'ai essayer et j'utilise déjà l'huile d'argan dans mes cheveux avec l'oeuf cela rend la texture étrange bref, plus ou moins sûr mais mon cheveux lui à bien aimé!
Cinquième recette : Masque à l’œuf et au yaourt nature
Battez un œuf entier avec un yaourt nature. Massez cette préparation sur cheveux mouillés, après le shampooing. Laissez agir environ cinq minutes puis rincez abondamment à l’eau tiède. À essayer! J'attends vos commentaires!!!! :)
