These have been dyed with optical whitener (so the tips will fluoresce under UV/black light), with caribbean blue ombre to a dark dusky blue/brown/black (the dye was brown, but combined with blue makes a sort of dusky light black, hard to explain, but works great with either dark brown or black hair)
