B wanted black and blond with lots of drama. I started by sectioning out the top and applying lightener. Once the top was carefully pinned into smallish sections to avoid overheating, I appled a level 2 through the underside of her hair from roots to ends.

Because she is a natural light blond, I didn't want her to have to deal with really noticeable roots right at the front where she parts her hair, so I made sure to extend the lightener right up to the front.

After bleaching toning it was decided that her cut was not too bad. It needed a trim and some fine-tuning in the way of texturizing to make it look a little edgier and so that her layers would fall properly.
