Single-track lift bridge over Hackensack River was built by the Lackawanna Railroad in 1959 for Boonton Line service and replaced a 1901 swing bridge. In 1963 Erie Main Line service was rerouted via Upper Hack. Currently used by NJ Transit Main Line service between Suffern and Hoboken via Paterson.
Hack quad is basically a machine you can use to simulate free weight squats. This exercise primairly works quads and if you do the proper range of motion, it also works your butt. I personally preper doing hack squats over normal squats because #1 it takes away the pain of supporting the barbell on your shoulders and #2 allows you to focus more on doing a proper range of motion, rather then balance and pain. The key to proper form is to get a full range of motion. Most people will only go down until their knees form a 90 degree ankle, when in fact, proper form is going as low as you can until you start to feel the heels of you feet coming off the ground. There are two major variation; #1 you keep your feet straight, which works the outter quads more and #2 you open your stance and point your toes outwards, focusing more on the inner quad muscles. Either way make sure that you back in always flush against the back support, otherwise you will increase your risk of injury.

In its present form, station Hütteldorf dates from 1898 (Hacking was later deleted from the name). It is obviously a product of Stadtbahn architect Otto Wagner. The station is situated on the main line towards Linz (called Westbahn); in 1898 it increased in importance, as it became the western terminus of two Stadtbahn lines: the Wiental and Vororte line.
The history of both lines is completely different after 1924, when the Wiental line was taken over by the municipality, together with two other Stadtbahn lines. These lines were separated from the main railways and electrified. They are now part of the Vienna's metro network, the Wiental line being part of U4. The Vororte line stayed with the state railways and was closed 1932 for regular passenger traffic. In 1987 this line was reopened by ÔBB as part of the Schnellbahn network (line S45)
The hinge fixed with a few 2-56 radiohshack screws and bolts. It's super tight, works great, and the screen and keyboard folds down with perfect alignment!

Hack #2--making a pinhole lens for your camera. This gives your pics that blurry, old timey camera feel. Again, check out cbc.ca/spark for the instructions on how to make this hack.

Wearing contact lenses for once :)
Wording is a bit random, but just wanted to have something in that space. Also, didn't feel right with framing.
