Yesterday, at the superb KF Center for Excellence Museum in Kelowna, there was a public ceremony to see the engines of CF-HML VR796, a DH.98 Mosquito B.35 being run up after work was done on them and the propellers. The music was very good! My earlier photos here showed it when it was registered as CF-HMJ, but in July 2024 it became re-registered as CF-HML as it was when it operated with Spartan Air Services, mapping Northern Canada. I hope to see it fly some time this summer.

The Ford engined car was superceeded in 2020 by a BMW engined version, first presented at the 2020 Geneva Motorshow, though the roll out was delayed by the COVID 19 pandemic. This new version of the Plus Four is the second model, after the Plus Six, to be developed on the new bonded aluminium platform associated with a wooden frame named "CX-Generation". Powered by a 1998cc BMW TwinPower petrol engine producing 259 PS (255bhp) combined with the 6-speed manual transmission
