Shot from the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui. At dusk, some time after sunset.
This image is an exception as it underwent some processing...
... the advertising lights are just too bright.
Merged from 2 exposures, 1 EV apart, manually corrected the merged result for the readability of the advertising signs. Cropped into a panoramic format.

Easily the best city to live in, so much to do, see, eat and most importantly drink (Wooloomooloo LKF is best for that :) )
I've basically spent the majority of my life in HK, until now where i'm currently living in Sydney for university.
I dedicate this photo to my closest group of friends, they know who they are! I may have left HK, but will never forget you guys and can't wait to come back!

China, Hong Kong, not such a nice Wednesday morning for photo shooting, however….
The HK Convention & Exhibition Centre, located in Wan Chai North at the Victoria Harbour. The HKCEC with its vast curtain of glass overlooking the Victoria Harbour on three sides & 40,000-square-metre aluminium roof sculpted to echo a seabird soaring in flight, also referred to as a turtle, is a major landmark on the Hong Kong Island skyline.
Internationally, the HKCEC is known as a world-class convention & exhibition centre & was voted Best Convention & Exhibition Centre in Asia for the 13 times by industry awards in 2016.
The original building was built on reclaimed land off Gloucester Road in 1988. The second phase of the centre, located on an artificial island, was constructed from 1994 to 1997 & another expansion during 2006–2009.
The HKCEC was the backdrop for the Handover Ceremony on 30 June 1997, when the former British Crown Colony was returned to the People's Republic of China & the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was established.

Home Sweet Home … back to TST. I can actually see our balcony at the top of K11 next to the Rosewood tower.
Watch it properly @ Gallery Minimal.

The venue was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, in association with Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. Larry Oltmanns led the design as the Design Partner with SOM. The International Finance Centre (abbreviated as IFC) is a skyscraper and integrated commercial development on the waterfront of Hong Kong's Central District. Together they are the more significant markers of Hong Kong's skyline.

The ICC (international Commerce Centre) is Hong Kong's tallest building (482m). Still in the final phase of construction. Construction status as of early November 2009.
In the foreground the Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. The vessel berthed at the Ocean Terminal is MV Explorer.
Looks much better if you view it on a black background.

The main duty of Government Flying Service (GFS) is to provide 24-hour emergency helicopter and fixed wing aerial support. This Airbus H175 has just finished a search-and-rescue operation, and is about to land on the HKCEC Heliport along the Victoria Harbour, in order to take the patient to the nearby hospital.
Each H175 has a crew of 2 pilots plus 1 or 2 aircrewman officers, and is equipped with a casualty capacity of 2 stretchers and 6 seats.

Junk style sightseeing boat "Aqua Luna" (張保仔, "Cheung Po Tsai") with the HKCEC in the background. Despite her "old" or "vintage" appearance, "Aqua Luna" was launched in 2006 and thus only 3 years old at the time the photo was taken.
Side remark - there are many flickr photos that do show Aqua Luna - but even if the name on the bow is clearly readable, many do wrongly identify her as Duk Ling (Hong Kong's other - and real old - junk)

A speedboat of the Hong Kong Police SDUs racing through Victoria Harbour. The SDU (特別任務連, also Flying Tigers - 飛虎隊) is a parmilitary and secretive sub-division of the Police Tactical Unit.
Note: Originally I thought that's one of the special boats purchased for hunting down smugglers, but thanks to the comment below of namakuvictor I stand corrected - it is SDUs.
Shot just after sunset, from Tsimshatsui, in the background the HKCEC (Convention and Exhibition Centre) in Wanchai - extremely blurred due to the panning of the camera.
