I have to admit............ I'm a paper-addict. As long as I can remember I have to feel paper, to smell paper, perhaps in my early childhood have been eaten it ;-)

And since I discovered origami, it got even worse........ I never seem to have the right paper for the model I'm folding ;-)

This is just a SOOC of paper-foil.

My passion and love of guitar is probably one of the most enduring relationships in my life. I've been playing for over 50 years from classical to rock, from electric to acoustic, from public to private ... it has always been a very personal pleasure to me.

This is my Martin J12-16GT 12 String Acoustic Guitar - a beautiful instrument with a stunning sound. Growing up, I always had "Martin" envy - never really believed I would ever own one.

It was worth the wait...

I love chocolate especially in the evening during watching TV. But I can’t eat only one piece. No I eat the complete bar.

Ich liebe Schokolade, besonders abends während dem fernsehen. Leider bleibt es nicht bei einem Stück. I esse meist die komplette Tafel.

No, I do not feel any guilt pairing a nice malbec with my steaks. It's kind of mandatory if you're born in Argentina. Now that I think it better, I could have used this also for last week's theme! :)

For me it goes without saying that when you combine the words "guilt" and "pleasure" in one phrase, it's all about food! And given that I never feel guilty about any and all amounts of chocolate I may consume, there are other culinary pleasures that I am ashamed to indulge in, but do so regardless... ;D

So this is my contribution to Macro Mondays' theme of "Guilty Pleasures" for this week, and rest assured that I did indeed eat it all and feel very guilty about it afterwards, but as a real soldier, I took one for the team! ;D :D :D

For Macro Mondays - Candy

One of my simple/guilty pleasures - Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares. My favorite are filled with either raspberry or mint. The chocolate square measures 1.25" both ways. HMM, everyone ! !

Domtorentjes (Dom Tower) from Theo Blom bakery in Utrecht, since 1922.

Pure chocolade is in m'n voorgeschreven dieet opgenomen. Dit heerlijke bittere ekosoort is m'n onweerstaanbare favoriet! 2 Tabletten van 100 gram per week is geen uitzondering.... Het is m'n koffie vervanger.

No big surprise at all, my guilty pleasures are sweets and chocolates. Here the German kind of allsorts : Konfekt.

I dry out flowers and keep them. I have boxfuls of petals, buds and leaves far more than I'll ever use but the drying will carry on. This pair of leaves from a miniature rose.

I do not eat or like chocolate much chocolate; only crispy orange flavored chocolate is definitely my guilty pleasure.

flowers are my weakness, especially when bright and tempting in pots at the garden centre and especially with a spring scent

One of my "Simple Pleasures" is buying flowers that I can't grow myself, or are out of season. This also spills over into a Guilty Pleasure when I spend rather more than I should on them!

This bunch of egg-yolk yellow irises gave me so much pleasure, and so many photo moments too ... I'm not sure I feel too guilty about them ;o)

A study for this weeks Macro Mondays theme, "Guilty Pleasure..."

Glenmorangie Scotch in a small tulip-shaped dessert wine glass. Speedlight in 3-foot softbox acting as a scrim.

While I am pleased with the technical aspects, including the pour, I feel that the image doesn't read as Scotch but wine, due to the shape of the glass...

PS - I finally decided to go with the high key concept here...

Chocolate is one of life pure Luxuries..... The problem is we feel guilty for eating too much....... A simple answer to the feeling of guilt just eat less

I love art supplies. I'm not even good at doing art, but I can't get enough. I love all colors and brands of colored pencils. I like oil pastels, paints of all types, graphite pencils, pencil bags, canvases, paper. Everything. I have too many supplies and not enough time to do it or take classes to learn how to improve. But I still buy supplies. It helps (or doesn't) that I work at Michaels crafts part time.

In this picture there are Prismacolor pencils, Prismacolor graphite pencils, Daeler Rowney oil pastels, Derwent Coloursoft pencils.
