I felt so guilty today. A 2 year old boy died today at a park right behind my store.

Guilty Pleasures dessert with a chocolate souffle and caramelized chocolate almond cake. It is accompanied by other chocolate bits such as crisped chocolate and fudge squares. Just a piece of art.

Yes we are guilty of having holiday salt and pepper shakers. Not one set mind you, but two. So here's the dilemma of the day, which one to hold salt and which to hold pepper. In each set one shaker has two holes and one has three. So I did what any right-minded web surfer would do, I asked Google. Well the jury is still out on this question. Seems there are strong camps on both sides, more holes for salt and more hole holes for pepper. I like lots of pepper so the three hole shaker got the ground pepper while the two hole shaker ended up with salt. Now there's one more opinion out on the web but mine has the cutest photograph. Canon G11, 1/320 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 400, in macro mode, two LED litpanels and nine overhead ceiling spot lights.

Taken with my Blackberry during lunch break - It's hard to go shopping for lunch while trying to help yourself from buying one of these !

As a proud French girl, I'm now a terrible addict to Nutella - which tastes different in the USA (sweeter and more milk - I was so disappointed...) - anyway here the European one - the best. And the forbidden one.

This image is one of a series taken as a rehearsal for a shoot I did on 'The Seven Deadly Sins' (for my Diploma in Photography).

Points of note:

 Yes we did finish all of that candy.

 The only things holding Charli's hair in place are the Candy Cains... No hair clips or spray or anything!

 My brother likes these images more than the 'real' ones I did for my course (examples of which can be found here).

A 7 euro guilty pleasure from Fauchon, Paris

OK, so I'm off to the vet (again) in about an hour so I thought I needed a treat for Lunch. Low fat cheese with Marmite on seeded bread with blueberries for after. Also a nice cup of decaf to top it off. I'm only going to eat half the blueberries for lunch (there are quite a few here. LOL) but I think I may finish them off when I get back from the vet.

It may sound daft to anyone who isn't house bound but going out for anything is a trial, going to the vet with a sick animal more so. We're going to find out if the insulin is working so don't know the outcome, so have been stressed all week.

I might even have a couple of cubes of carob when I get back, to sooth my nerves. LOL

I sold a couple of MH dolls this week so should have Taxi money for the next few weeks at least, that's one worry off my mind.
