I used to be a real TV show junkie. Now I only indulge every now and then. Today it was "America's Next Top Model" which definitely is a guilty pleasure for me.
What are the things that you have to fight off, the things that are bad for you but you do it anyway?
I love candy. Well, I love food. But chocolate is delicious. Unfortunately, it likes my ass entirely too much. Hopefully this will be the last year that my new year's resolution is to lose weight. Last time.

here is the photo of megz sleeping while standing up! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA! there was a discussion on one of my sister's photos about megz sleeping while standing up and he was denying it, saying he was innocent. folks, this is a skill. i swear to god he was out for several minutes while we waited to be seated at banana bay. i knew there was a reason i saved this photo for all these months... and look at my sister, treating megz like a tourist attraction! hehe.
There's something about baking a whole cheesecake for yourself.... it's kind of like buying a tub of ice cream and eating it straight from the carton only richer, creamier and thicker. Yum.
I will admit, my favorite dessert is vanilla ice cream with plain m&m's on it..... I've been finding it very hard to stick to my diet here recently, perhaps because summer is over and there isn't much motivation...
Last night after having McDonald's with Zach, I indulged with the last of the m&m's and ice cream... C'est la vie!

Processed using Adobe Lightroom... Also another attempt at using the FL-36R flash... Placed to the right of the subject, pointed at the wall to the right to bounce back at the subject.... The preset I used is one I developed myself.. I call it whitewash... high-contrast, muted colors (although I turned them up a little here in lightroom), and slight vignette....
