"Cut, Glue, File" series, "Filing" article.
Basically says that filing and sanding is very important, both for cleaning up runner remnants and for making pieces fit together well, but one's ability to execute sanding well can make a huge difference in how the finished piece looks.
Vertical quote: "Changing the grip you use on a file can change its effectiveness to a surprising degree!" (approx.)
Extended translation *NOT* forthcoming.

Inset:
"For sharp edges: "
"Edges lose definition: "
Bottom-center blurb:
"It is very important that the movement of your hands and file be stable and steady."
Talks about how hard it can be to keep one's hands steady while filing, the physiological reasons why our hands make poor filing platforms, etc.
Top-left blurb:
"Just how are these two positions different?"
Discusses the fact that the X photo shows the posture that most often leads to bad filing, rounded edges, and uneven surfaces. Photo O, on the other hand, shows the posture most conducive to easily producing high-quality edges and surfaces. Aside from being able to see the part much better, what is different about photo O?
Bottom-left blurb:
"The answer is..."
Elbows. Just by planting your elbows you can remove much of the instability in your hands and arms, making it much easier to accurately file or sand detailed surfaces correctly.

Hayao Miyazaki's "Daydream Data Notes" collects Miyazaki's sporadic manga contributions to various hobby magazines during the 1980s & early 90's.
The series has been bundled in a book, published by Dai Nippon Kaiga. This edition contains Hikotei Jidai.
"Hikotei Jidai" (飛行艇時代, literally, "The Age of the Flying Boat") is a 15-page, all-watercolor manga, on which the animated film "Porco Rosso" is based. It was published in "Model Graphix" in three parts, a monthly magazine about scale models, as a part of Hayao Miyazaki's "Zassou Note" series.
"Porco Rosso," known in Japan as "Crimson Pig" (紅の豚, Kurenai no Buta) is the 6th anime film by Miyazaki, produced by Studio Ghibli and released in 1992,

All these (and more) need new homes as I'm going to a different country for an extended stay soon so send me a Flickr Mail message (access through the arrow that appears near my profile photo when mousing over it, or click on the little tan envelope that appears on my profile page) if interested.
This garage was a Google Maps find a few years ago but one of several I never made a note of and spent a good year or so trying to search for It's location, even asking on Flickr as I thought I'd seen a photo of it.
Although I was convinced it was either Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire based this didn't really give much to go on but once I had located the site I was devastated to see a new business was trading from here and although the site looked pretty much the same it was no longer a petrol station and the pump had gone and the old forecourt had been relaid.
Previously this was Central Garage which was an unbranded site although a UK branded floor sign indicated petrol and diesel was on sale with just a single twin hosed Gilbarco Highline serving petrol and diesel by attended service and cash sales only.
Central garage was still trading in the 2019 google street view but believe Pro Graphix Group Ltd took on the site around three years ago.
The latest street view (2019) is the last image of Central garage with it's UK floor sign
