Through a collection of billboards, posters and other graphic design mediums, Dontay Farley uses his Millions Like Me thesis exhibition as design activism to create awareness about depression and mental illness. Using the “simple things” in life as metaphors, Dontay’s work focuses on solutions that help decrease depression, such as support, encouragement, patience and positive human interaction.

Our concept design for the Royal Children's Hospital Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ear Health Programme (Brisbane) involved re-branding the name to Deadly Ears and creating a suite of promotional materials aimed at educating the community about the importance of ear health. We created three chidlren (as the programme targets children under the age of 5). This is Sonny.
