The Ottawa X Press from Oct. 1, 1998. This was a collage of a bakery worker and the dancefloor at Barrymore's Music Hall, with a special glittery version of the X Press logo on top.
This was a project for AGDA I collaborated on with graphic designer Anthony Gagliardi.

For a sermon on the Parable of the Talents. Of course, Jesus's parable focused on money, and violins don't usually bring much of that in. It's science: a play on words always works better than showing a picture of coinage.
For the Royal Brisbane Hospital. These illustrations were created for use in a presentation to medical/clinal staff about Indigenous People's journey through the health system.
This was my other piece in the Senior Show, which are labels for a brand of spices. They are 2 color, no bleed, to meet the requirements of the assignment. The idea is to combine the two things associated with spices - grandma's home cooking and soemthing with a punch! And of course there is the element of humor. I finally decided on showing this because it also shows my illustrations in the little grandma drawings which I always would get complimented on.

a poster i made for a fictional event. it's simple (and a little bit too rave-y), but i like the colors.
there is a venue/bar near where i live called make-out room (i added a the and removed hyphen), and i think it's a fun name for a venue. i called the fictional event kyss mig, which means kiss me in swedish and is pronounced something like shiss may. although i could probably use an advertisement for kissing, i will not be at the make-out room at 9:00 this friday.
