New at Access event - Jan 12th
Went to a local airshow to take some shots for a publication and website, These WW2 buffs are friends and co-workers and hopefully they like my work as I sort thru the shots.
This is a replica of George Bush Sr.'s TBF Avenger Torpedo plane that he flew in the South Pacific. I had no clue that he had been such a skilled and decorated pilot and this aircraft was amazing. I think I might be hooked on airshows now!

I actually made the 25 minute hiking trek to the grotto on Georgian Bay while camping in Bruce Peninsula National Park, "IN THE DARK"!!!!! OK so I had company with me. Bob, Ren Linda, a friend of the family and her daughter Larissa, went out for a full moon capture of the rocks and stars. Linda not having done a long exposure before was thrilled to see this in the dark, until we told her there are bears in the area, and we saw a rattler earlier that day.... However no wildlife was heard or seen unless you count us. I didn't know I had captured a meteor until I got home and downloaded the image.
