A nice early morning playing golf . Pretty yes but did I carry the water on this par five? Hint: The smart play is to hit to the left which is a 165 yard carry over water. If you go for the green in two you need to carry it about 205. Well of course being macho man I went for it and hit the prettiest high drive about 204 yards in the air....Oh well it was a pretty morning to play golf! Have a great week my friends! I've always said golf is just an extension of nature walks and earlier this week was no exception. I may not lug big camera gear to the course but I always have a camera. Have a great weekend my friends! I plan to chase changing leaves myself...~Sam

As we drove around 17-Mile-Drive on the Monterey Peninsula of California, we passed by this green on a golf course on the Pacific Ocean. The vegetation in the rough on this par 3 looked unforgiving.
The Cairns Alpine Resort Golf Course at Lake Tekapo is the highest 9 hole course golf course in New Zealand, sitting at 794 metres above sea level. The views over Lake Tekapo and the surrounding snow-capped mountains make it one of the most spectacular golf courses in the country.
As promised I have a few infra red shots from Barnbougle (taken with my converted compact camera). These have been converted to black and white and the the sky has been colour toned using the blue stream of the tone curve.
Here a group of golfers are on the 18A Green at Barnbougle's Lost Farm links course. Lost Farm is a course designed by former US Masters winner Ben Crenshaw. It has 20 holes, and is the younger sister to The Dunes links course at Bridport.

While accompanying my Son on the Maui, Wailea Blue Golf Course, I was fortunate to take-in some beautiful vistas and scenes. It was a sensory-overload experience.
Already 1891 Golf was introduced in Sweden and 1902 Gothenburg Golf Club was founded. It is the oldest Golf Club in Sweden.

Well this was the start of my 18 holes yesterday....which turned out really nice...a gorgeous day was had by all..... well except for a few golfers....lol....but hey !! that's the nature of the game..... I just enjoyed going around on the little cart and shoot pretty pictures....of a really pretty course....The colors were outstanding......

My oldest grandson slept over Saturday night... we had such a fun day, especially playing miniature golf!!
