I got lucky, walked to the dry cleaners via the park at golden hour when the wind was blowing the grasses as the sinking sun shone on them.

The wide view of the Wittlich Valley to the Moselle mountains, here on an April morning in 2022 shortly after sunrise with heavy clouds and Sahara haze, plus the early blooming wild cherry trees and sloe bushes.

One of my many visitors. I have a big buck that hangs around But I have yet to get a good shot of him. If he knew what was good for him he would just stay on my property until hunting season was over. :-)
