As I began to photograph this shell, the tide began to cover it. I love how the water formed around it's shape.
A very rainy day all day yesterday but just before sunset the sky lit up so I dashed down to my local beach to take a few photos. With all the madness in Ukraine sometimes it is good to just take comfort from the beauty of God's creation.
"The last touch of God's creation painted across the Krabi sky—nature's farewell kiss to the day."
As the sun dips low behind the limestone cliffs of Krabi, the sky transforms into a masterpiece — streaks of gold, rose, and deep violet stretch across the horizon like the final brushstrokes of a divine artist. The Andaman Sea reflects this celestial canvas, shimmering gently beneath the last light of day. It's a quiet, sacred moment, where time seems to pause — the last touch of God's creation before night softly falls over the island.
Big white tail deer thought that if he stood still I wouldn't see him. I thought if I stand still he won't see me either. Apparently it worked lol I got his picture and he now remembers what I look like
Brazos Bend State Park, in the rookery area in the back I was able to capture this cattle egret off to the side of its babies.
A flower is a flower is a flower, is that so? Is that so, a human is a human is a human, right! No!!!
In a the lake there lies a small sample of what God can do. Create something so simple, yet so beautiful.
This is a different view of the same butterfly from the previous photo of a Gulf Fritillary butterfly and Texas Lantana flower.
When I seen this beautiful monarch butterfly flitting around the flowers at Brazos Bend State Park, I had to follow it ,carefully stepping around the other flowers, while snapping as many pictures as possible. I have many beautiful photos, but this pose captured my eye!
