These flowers seem paper thin. The wind kept moving them which made photographing a tad tough. I'll need to try again and see if I can get a clearer shot. They are so pretty.. I wanted to share them with you anyways.

I found it very special how the flower is naturally hugged by the vine.

Sun set across the fields at Cliddesden. This is what I was photographing and then turned round to see the pink sky behind me in the earlier photo. Hello Everyone!

While out on a walk, the beautiful colour combination of the Morning Glory and Love-Lies-Bleeding caused me to try and capture a few images. I didn't get too far because the neatest thing happened! A beautiful, friendly cat kept rubbing herself against my legs and purring like mad. I became too distracted to take any further photos, but I felt quite fortunate to have had such a delightful moment in time. Some mornings are colourful on many levels, lucky me!

Another wild and dramatic day on my favourite beach. I was just too late for this gorgeous sky that was flying up channel. I needn't have worried as the day was full of wild weather. The waterfall at Cwm Mawr was bright in the morning sun, after the recent rain. Glory days by Pulp is perfect, as there's nothing more glorious than being the first and only footsteps on the beach.

Morning glory (also written as morning-glory) is the common name for over 1,000 species of flowering plants in the family Convolvulaceae. Most morning glory flowers unravel into full bloom in the early morning. The flowers usually start to fade a few hours before the petals start showing visible curling. They prefer full solar exposure throughout the day, and mesic soils. Because of their fast growth, twining habit, attractive flowers, and tolerance for poor, dry soils, some morning glories are excellent vines for creating summer shade on building walls when trellised.
