一直相信Art can heal，好多時心情壓抑既時候，畫一下畫，俾自己一個空間沉澱一下，問題沒解決但至少有一刻寧靜，給自己一點me time。但原來有些時刻，情緒會沉重到連畫筆都拎唔起，完全抗拒用畫畫去表達當刻情緒。上年有好一段時間放低咗畫筆，不能勉強。好懷念輕鬆畫畫嗰種舒暢既心情...Art and Time can heal慢慢來吧！⠀ ⠀ ⠀
