well I think I had to take the plunge in the end and got a used Sony A-7. Primarily to make better use of my MF Minolta MD/MC collection, some of which I've had since about 1987 (yes, I am that old). While looking for a MC/MD to Sony E adaptor I came across the fotodiox colorflare in the sales at a bargain price. being a bit of a fool for faddy gadgets I purchased. Last Sunday I attended Olde Tyme Crafts day at the Pruyn House in Latham NY. I came across this table where the woman was selling home made jams and suggesting them as gifts. To go along with this she had gift boxes wiith these wonderfully fruity toppers.

Almost all are agricultural labors. Child mortality is high and literacy is very low.

According to Heifer statistics, 60% of people in this area are below the poverty line. Donor group: Mitjamak Women Group (19 members all tribal). Receiver group: Protiva Nari Unnyan Group (19 members includes 8 muslims + 11 tribals). Local dialect “Chautal” in which the songs are sung. Women, both Hindu and Muslim, dance and sing arm in arm. Rare occasion for Muslim women to do this in public.
