The strange shutter design on the Manchester County Court makes the building look like some sci-fi spacecraft.
It's time for some more of The Shop's unusual vector assets : the geometrical psychology diagrams. These were originally created as an attempt to "mathematically model human consciousness through geometric forms" in the late 1880s.
There are two main groups of assets: the first one, with mainly two dimensional diagrams, and second one, of more than two dimensions, that resemble flowers and crystals. I also added some random nuggets from the rest of the collection. The diagrams have that beautiful execution of late Victorian era scientific illustration, while also presenting an undeniable organic touch. The "three dimensional" group of assets also feature shading, and color highlights.
There are forty-five (45) assets altogether, carefully digitized, organized, and share in a variety of formats, with care. I would recommend using them as background elements, color scheme inspirations, or of course as the centerpiece of the project you're working on.

Another Light Painting photo. This shot was taken from an old single lane bridge over the Grand River near Kitchener, Ontario. The old bridge no longer can support automobile traffic and has been closed to vehicles, but it is still sound enough for foot traffic.

Large round geometric pendant. I used Premo , but mixed the colours to suit my taste. Strung on a very simple neck wire.
Seeing the left picture:
each upper unit is 1/4 of the lower one;
seeing the right picture:
supposing the area of the whole hexagon is 1, then the area of each color blocks of each layer is 3/12, i.e. 1/4, if summing the areas of blocks in one color, red, blue or white, we know the sum area is 1/3 for there only have blocks in three colors in the same divisions.

Timber framed with 1st floor oversailing. Badly damaged in air raid of November 1940 but rebuilt with original timbers 1951-53. Centred arched doorways with carved spandrels. Oak seats in courtyard corners. Rainwater heads added 1784.
Used a a location for the 2007 Dr Who episode "The Shakespeare Code"
Dress, with all its labels, was originally from George, but I found it in a Charity Shop at only £2. Both the hanging and the fabric labels showed size 10, but it looked bigger and so it proved. I know it's difficult to believe but I am not really a size 10(LOL).
One strobe on the ground to camera bottom left, pointing through the rails. I think I used a 1/4 CTO.
After deciding on the design, extending the green into the border was my 'genius' moment! (in my mind)
