Today I dare to upload a very intense Street potrait. Thanks to father and son.
Parenting done well.
Comments and Critiques are most welcome on this picture and I'll glad to read them but my prime purpose of posting this picture is to spread the awareness about growing Danger of Genetically Modified Food.

So what is GM Food???
Genetically modified (GM) foods are foods produced from genetically modified organisms (GMO) that have had their DNA altered through genetic engineering. These plants have been modified in the laboratory to enhance desired traits such as increased resistance to herbicides or improved nutritional content.

Fair enough, so what's the problem with that?
No one can assure that what'll be the consequence of this genetic engineering in long run …. Might be good might be Really BAD (which is more likely) . . . . but if it goes into wrong direction then there is no turning back.

What India has to do with this?
We are running on the risk of field test of GM food …. Because it is easy to do this test in developing countries due to weak regulations, lack of political will-power and last but not least high corruption rate.
In field test GM crops will be grown in open fields for testing but it won't be limited to that area …. The GM plants will produce seeds and they will spread in near and far areas with wind and water . . . .
This crop will the part of food chain so all the above levels of food pyramid will swallow the new "Genetic Code" directly or indirectly . . . .
So Developing nations are actually like Gini Pigs for GM crop testing.

Is there someone doing something about it?
Ammm… sort of .. there is a trial happening in the supreme court of India … but -

Late nights have finally paid off with my development of a plant with just leaves and no stems. Who needs a stem when we really only need colorful and magnificent leaves and flowers. this tree was made up of dull stems and bright colorful red leaves so i eliminated the stems and presto i have made a leaf plant.

Rockpools, falling tide. Lined by cunjevoi or sea-squirts. These creatures are invertebrates, but possess some ancient vertebrate features, with a swimming larval form having a tail, nervous system and notocord. We share quite substantial chunks of genetic material, around 80% of the cunjevoi’s genes are present in humans. They have about 16000 genes, humans have around 25000.

Today the Cities favorite Piebald Deer was in a very good mood and willing to participate in an extended photo shoot. He is quite handsome and nicknamed Pie.
The patch of creeping thistle in the foreground is not only attractive visually, but also has a lovely perfume, a characteristic of the female flowers only. This thistle spreads mainly from underground rhizomes, so the plants in this patch are probably genetically identical, Other nearby patches are smaller and unscented, interestingly pollinating insects tend to visit the scented female flowers only.
North American Moose (Alces alces) bull with abnormal antler growth. Not sure whether it is a genetic defect, injury during development or old age but they definitely are not up to the normal standards for moose in the area of Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada.

The Jangsaengpo Whale Museum (장생포 고래 박물관) is located in Nam-gu, Ulsan, and is South Korea's only museum dedicated to whale history and conservation. The museum provides an overview of the region's past as a prominent whaling hub while also educating visitors about the importance of marine life preservation.
The museum's collection includes a variety of specimens. The skeleton shown in the photo is a finless porpoise (sanggwaeng-i). The museum also houses an extensive collection of other cetacean skeletons, including those of the Bryde's whale, killer whale, and gray whale, as well as whaling artifacts . The museum's total collection of artifacts and historical records numbers around 1,800 pieces . The exhibits collectively offer a comprehensive and educational experience.

The finless porpoise is a species of porpoise known for its smooth back, which lacks a dorsal fin. They are found in the coastal waters of Asia, including the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea, and are sometimes referred to as "smiling porpoises" due to their facial expressions.
Scientific Classification:
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Mammalia
Order: Artiodactyla
Family: Phocoenidae
Genus: Neophocaena
The classification of finless porpoises is a subject of ongoing scientific discussion. While historically grouped under a single species, Neophocaena phocaenoides, recent genetic studies have shown that the East Asian finless porpoise (N. sunameri) and the Yangtze finless porpoise (N. asiaeorientalis) have had separate gene flows for thousands of years. For this reason, many researchers now classify them as distinct species rather than subspecies. N. sunameri is the species found in coastal waters, including those of Korea, while N. asiaeorientalis is the critically endangered freshwater porpoise found exclusively in the Yangtze River.

Genetic modification affects many of the products we consume on a daily basis. As the number of GMOs available for commercial use grows every year, the Non-GMO Project works diligently to provide the most accurate, up-to-date standards for non-GMO verification.

Anartia amathea is a common and very beautiful species which is found on both sides of the Andes, from Colombia to northern Chile. Its ubiquitous nature and contiguous populations result in regular exchange of genetic material, so no subspecies have yet evolved, and there is very little variation in markings between individuals.

Keep your eyes on the "SEED" evolving.
CITY::GENETIC is an on-going project, a creative adventure and a meeting of inspired minds. A number of artists from different disciplines are sowing the seeds for a “genetic” experiment. They start with a single piece that represents the beginning of a story. Then they pass the seed to a second artist who makes the story evolve with a second piece. The process repeats until the creation of a genetic chain: the art work.
Simultaneously, the curators of Citypulse send the same seed to another 3 artists in each discipline in order to create a total of 4 parallel stories per format, all sharing the original DNA.
This site is updated continuously as the genetics of creative evolves.
These artists are sowing the seeds:
Paxillus involutus, commonly known as the brown roll-rim, common roll-rim is a basidiomycete fungus that is widely distributed across the Northern Hemisphere. It has been inadvertently introduced to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and South America, probably transported in soil with European trees.
Genetic testing suggests that Paxillus involutus may be a species complex rather than a single species.
A common mushroom of deciduous and coniferous woods and grassy areas in late summer and autumn, Paxillus involutus forms ectomycorrhizal relationships with a broad range of tree species.
Previously considered edible and eaten widely in Eastern and Central Europe, it has since been found to be dangerously poisonous, after being responsible for the death of German mycologist Julius Schäffer in 1944. It had been recognized as causing gastric upsets when eaten raw, but was more recently found to cause potentially fatal autoimmune hemolysis, even in those who had consumed the mushroom for years without any other ill effects. An antigen in the mushroom triggers the immune system to attack red blood cells. Serious and commonly fatal complications include acute kidney injury, shock, acute respiratory failure, and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
