Die Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay (offizieller Name) oder kurz Geierlay ist eine Fußgängerseilbrücke zwischen den Ortsgemeinden Mörsdorf (Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis) und Sosberg (Landkreis Cochem-Zell). Sie liegt im Hunsrück und überquert das Mörsdorfer Bachtal. Mit ihren 360 m Länge galt sie, bis zur Errichtung der Titan RT an der Rappbode-Talsperre im Jahre 2017, als die längste Hängeseilbrücke Deutschlands.

This was a wonderful autumn morning at 7:30 where the bridge led directly through the fog :)
Germany's longest rope bridge with a lenght of over 300m.
On a normal day there are hundreds of tourists crossing this bridge but I woke up at 6am to be there alone ;)
It was a truly magical moment when this bridge appeared throug the morning fog :)

I had a great a great week at the Mosel and one of its attractions is the huge Geierlay bride: a rope bridge with a length of 360m.
