Ich habe die Decke fotografiert....
Der Lange Gang gehört zu den bedeutendsten Zeugnissen der Renaissance-Architektur in Sachsen. Kurfürst Christian I. ließ die etwa 100 Meter lange Galerie 1588/90 vom Architekten Paul Buchner in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hofkünstler Giovanni Maria Nosseni erbauen, um das Residenzschloss mit dem neuerrichteten Stallgebäude (dem heutigen Johanneum) zu verbinden.

This Harbor is on Saltspring Island which is one of Canada’s Gulf Islands, near Vancouver Island. It is known for hiking, kayaking and beachcombing and a vibrant arts-and-crafts scene. We enjoyed our B&B overlooking the harbor, our walks at Ruckle Park and boating on St Mary’s Lake. The image is the harbor in the morning with no wind, a layer of fog and a fine reflection.
The photo was taken when we stopped for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the river, somewhere between Dehradun and Chopta.

im Stallhof Dresden mit Arkaden und den beiden aus dem Jahr 1601 stammenden, 6,10 Meter hohen bronzenen Säulen, die einst zum Ringelstechen dienten.
Long corridor in the Stallhof Dresden with arcades and the two 6.10 meter high bronze columns from 1601, which were once used for ringlet stitches.

Two men row a boat along the Ganges River near Varanassi, India. The smokey air from the burning Ghats along the river make for amazing sunsets.
If you are one of my followers you'll know how much I like taking candid pictures underground. This one with two lanes and a group of friends leaving the station.

Can you imagine my delight when outside a Bakery shop in Bright, this flash of red came in front of me! My camera was close by and I was in 7th heaven. First time I have seen them in Nature.
Op 1 februari 2025 kwamen de Eurocity en Eurocity direct moeizaam op gang, zodat de eerste Traxx die bij Nispen op de foto kon worden gezet, er een van Crossrail was. De 186 447 passeerde met een containertrein richting België de kleumende fotograaf, die verlangde naar zijn verwarmde autostoel.
