The Lillooet Pioneer Road 40 from Lillooet to Bralorne British Columbia crosses Gun Creek on a Bailey bridge. Adjacent to the creek is Gun Creek Campground, which is operated by BC Hydro and is a nice place to stop for a picnic or an overnight stay. Here there are accesses to Carpenter Lake, Gun Creek and the Bailey bridge.

The 14-inch main guns, which could fire 1,400 lb. shells 13 miles, of the battleship USS Texas, now on display as a museum ship near Houston.
The Knotted Gun.non-violence, is a bronze sculpture by Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd from 1980, which depicts a revolver with a knot on the barrel. At the Museum of Sketches in Lund, there is a sketch for the revolver where Reuterswärd noted that it was the grief after the murder of John Lennon in 1980 that made him design the work.
The work is located in several places in the world, including outside the United Nations headquarters in New York, Berlin and Beijing.

The beautiful Kennal Vale river flows through the old gun powder works,one of my fave spots to visit particularly at this time of the year. The leaves are down spreading their reds and yellows over the mossy rocks, a polariser helps to reduce glare and bring out the colours. There are so many lovely compositions to be had here, I have a few more images to show yet from this amazing spot.
One big mistake with this shot is I should have thought at the time to focus stack, I was a bit like a kid in a sweet shop I think.

When you're passing by Horkstow Bridge in North Lincolnshire, it would be rude not to drop by to take a quick shot.
With it being a rarity for me to be out in the dark at this time of year, I was ill prepared for this one. All I had was a flashlight and no other lighting gear. I literally stood my buddy in the centre of frame and ran behind to wave the flashlight!
