The Guilford infiltration of the Delaware & Hudson is well under way as two Maine Central GP38’s and a Boston & Maine GP40-2 lead a northbound D&H train at Dyes, New York.
Guilford colors dominate one of the Delaware & Hudson service tracks in Conklin, New York. In a little over seven months, GTI would pull out of the D&H, and the Susquehanna will operate the Bridge Line until the Canadian Pacific takes over in 1991.
A memory of a great time. I drove exactly this VW Golf GTI car in the late 70s, back in 1978 it was a rocket, it was awesome at that time!

Wow, it's been a long time since I've had one of these here auto thingies on my photostream....
I really want to do a 52-week project, but I simply don't have the time. It'll just have to wait (-_-). Don't wanna start something when I know I won't be able to give it proper effort. But it's on my list of things to do. Then after that, perhaps a 365 (not as exuberant about that though... we'll see.....)
I'm sorry that I'm not able to comment on your streams often as I would like b/c Mechanics of Materials is taking up much of my free time. This 2-hour class feels longer than the previous 3-hour class I was taking the first half of summer (and we didn't have a break during the 3-hour class!). I have a hard time keeping focus... Got a test on Thursday and bunches of homework due Tuesday..... so basically, my weekend probably won't be all that great..... :/ <--- sheesh, Jamal, so negative!
