UP 1111 "Powered by Our People" leads the OMWRP through Coon Rapids as it exits the Hinckley Sub and enters the the Staples Sub via Coon Creek Junction. Not a huge fan of this unit but it sure beats a ratty yellow GE right?

Many words have entered common parlance in 2020. Coronavirus, pandemic, Covid, lockdown and furlough are some examples but perhaps Zoom is the most surprising. Who would have thought that so many people could actually work from home and still be effective at their jobs? Will this change the office forever? Stay safe everyone!

Charging west on the UP Sedalia Sub through it's namesake town is UP train MASNP-26 led by UP's "Powered By Our People" SD70ACe.
Unveiled in 2019, this specially painted locomotive was intedended to be dedicated to the hard working employees of the Union Pacific Railroad, but as Precision Scheduled Railroad reigns supreme across the entire system resulting in employees being furloughed by the hundreds, the timing couldn't be any worse. What could have at least been a nice gesture has been mostly received as a sick joke. 9/26/20.
A further image from my local and favourite practice ground, while out winning steps on a much missed furlough day.
--A woman glides into the room, catching the last bit of Danny’s comment—
Woman: *slow, honeyed drawl* “Yes, God does know, Daniel. Even if the number of—How did you so charmingly put it?—chicks you’ve pleased has escaped your memory, it certainly hasn’t escaped His.”
Lukas & Danny: *spin around, voices high with shock* “Mama!”
Kumi: “Mama?”
Yuri: *whispers* “Valium.”
Kumi: *quizzical look at Yuri, whispers back* “Her name’s Valium?”
Yuri: “No. I require some. Immediately.”
To Be Continued Next Tuesday…

The crewman (if you can spot him) was communicating by arm waving with people on the harbour side. It must be a long day on there.
