Well this is a traditional manually operated Merry-go-Round, hardly seen now a days. Its an all wood structure. The two men standing next to it gives it several heavy pushes to generate the spin and the man standing on the top of it stands there to balance the weight and help maintaining rotation. I tried using only 50 ISO in order to achieve the slow shutter without using any grey/ND filter with sun shining straight on my head at noon.
