A rather showy lily that I thought looked a bit tropical. It's amazing what you can find on a neighbourhood walk.

Thank you so much for stopping by and for leaving me a comment! Have a great day and weekend!

The evening sunlight was just in the right position when I took this shot at the rose garden, Queen Victoria Gardens.

Believe it or not...there is a fence in there. All those flowers and vines are growing near/on a chain link fence.

This was at the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, MA. What a beautiful area. It's an old bridge that they covered in a stunning flower garden and made into a walking path. No longer used for vehicles.

... as climate change is becoming more and more evident with more frequent extreme weather events such as heat waves, thunderstorms, drought and flooding - it is high time for more serious efforts!

Good luck for COP 26 beginning in Glasgow tomorrow

and that it will have better results than just more 'hot air'

and the further formulation of noble goals that no one is seriously trying to achieve ...

I signed up with Airbnb and I have my first people coming on Friday. However, I have discovered a down side to Airbnb. They report all your income to the IRS..;( I didn't see that coming. So, I'm still listing room mate wanted in the newspapers..:).

Thank you for your interest in and taking the time to comment on or fav my photos it's very much appreciated! :-)
