After the scrapbook convention, several of us walked over to Opry Mills Mall to find some late lunch. I think we walked the entire mall before finding the food court. We decided to have pizza at Villa - Fresh Italian Kitchen.

I used this as a topping for the mushroom and cabbage galette--that horseradish really clears your sinuses! The sauce was a bit too chunky for my taste.
A different chap was in charge of the noodles. He made them in front of us. After fresh noodles, it’s hard going back to dried spaghetti.
