In order to try and solve a family mystery, I need help determining what language this is and what it says. I'm having trouble even deciphering the letters, so I'm hoping that someone will be able to figure them out based on some language they may know. Possible languages are German or Romanian, as the woman in the photograph is probably of one of those nationalities.
