This truck brings back a lot of memories. We had a 1994 Ford that looked just like this (well, without the rust). What a workhorse! We used it to haul wood and plow snow. Hooking up the plow was a major undertaking and a lot of yelling occurred. I didn’t say it brought back good memories! HTT

A panned shot of a what would probably now be described as a heritage vehicle. I believe that this is a F series Ford from the early 80’s. If anyone can fine tune or correct this identification please feel free to do so. Photo taken late one evening on the north bank of the Colorado River in Wenatchee.

Ford F-250 sitting outside a repair shop. There must be something wrong with it other than the rust and depressing matte blue/gray color.

Thank you to Todd Wynia for pointing out that it says F-150 on the side. Apparently I have lost my ability to read now!

Eyes on the road, not on the Hawaii Hula girl ;-)

They're both parked the wrong way, their turn signals are seldom ever used, and they both get revved unnecessary loudly while driven with spiteful rage at the many traffic calming measures installed on this neighborhood's streets.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that somebody here at the Dawcrest Apartments occasionally barters some handiwork services for a rent discount.

I use an Einstein 640 strobe with a 22" beauty dish & diffusion sock mounted on an Elinchrom Handheld Boom Arm. I typically fire my camera off with a wireless trigger, and that in turn fires my CyberSync™ Trigger Transmitter on my Nikon D800 to fire off my strobe via a CyberSync™ Transceiver. I end up taking several exposures, both high and low, while walking around the vehicle. I'll layer the images in Photoshop and switch each layer to the 'lighten' blend mode. I have been using layer masks to remove some highlight details from the strobe reflection, but I don't always find it works all the time. This 1969 FORD F-250 truck was taken at the 2016 Mountain Thunder Car Show in Old Fort, North Carolina. I shot the car in full daylight with about 5 stops of ND filtration and had the flash power at maximum.

My weekend has started (and hopefully yours too)! Time to upload this really cool find along the main road in the south of Austria. We drove past this on our way to Slovenia during our road trip last September and we had to turn around for this special row of Fords. They belong to the local Ford dealership Heregger/Ebenberger, a few hundred yards away. I had already put the F250 Ranger online last week, but the Sierra RS Cosworth with matching license plate is even more special. 5545 units are said to have been produced in 1986 and 1987.

A row of interesting Ford models along a main road in southern Austria, about a hundred yards from the local Ford dealership Heregger/Ebenberger. More pictures of the rest will follow. First this fifth generation of the Ford F-Series, which were produced between 1967 and 1972. This one was not in the best condition at first glance.

I count three kayaks, two on the rack with what I think is one partially upended, and then something else closest to me - not sure what it is. I don't see any paddles or other gear, but perhaps that in the bed of the truck...
