Greater Manchester Police joined forces with Manchester United Foundation to teach young fans about road prior to United’s recent match against Tottenham Hotspur.
The event gave young people the chance to complete a road safety based obstacle course and practice their football skills.
Chief Inspector Alec McMurchy of the Force’s Trafford Division was joined by Manchester United legend Dennis Irwin and the club’s mascot, Fred the Red.
Kumho Tyres sponsored the event.

O Maracanã é um estádio de futebol localizado no Rio de Janeiro e inaugurado em 1950, tendo sido utilizado na Copa do Mundo de Futebol daquele ano. Desde então, o Maracanã foi palco de grandes momentos do futebol brasileiro e mundial, como o milésimo gol de Pelé, finais do Campeonato Brasileiro, Carioca de Futebol, Taça Libertadores da América e do primeiro Campeonato Mundial de Clubes da FIFA, além de competições internacionais e partidas da Seleção Brasileira.

The Estádio do Maracanã , officiallyEstádio Jornalista Mário Filho, is a football stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Owned by the Rio de Janeiro state government, it is, as is the Maracanã neighborhood where it is located, named after the Rio Maracanã, a now canalized river in Rio de Janeiro. It was opened in 1950 to host theFIFA World Cup,
Since then, it has mainly been used for footballmatches between the major football clubs in Rio de Janeiro, including Botafogo, Flamengo, Fluminense, and Vasco da Gama. It has also hosted a number of concerts and other sporting events.
Although the paid attendance at the final game of the1950 FIFA World Cup was 199,854 (being the world's largest stadium by capacity, when it was inaugurated), the stadium currently seats 78,838 spectators, making it the largest stadium in Brazil and in South America. It was the main venue of the 2007 Pan American Games, hosting the football tournament and the opening and closing ceremonies.
The Maracanã was partially rebuilt in preparation for the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup, the 2014 World Cup, which will be the first one held in Brazil since 1950, and also the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2016 Summer Olympics and Paralympics. The stadium will also host the final of the 2014 World Cup.

Crystal Palace supporters leaving Selhurst Park after the Premier League match against Arsenal, Wednesday 19 May 2021.
Palace manager Roy Hodgson had announced he would be leaving the club at the end of the season after four years in the job. He was given a warm reception from the 6,500 Palace fans who had been allowed to attend the match as part of the relaxing of Covid restrictions.
