For the Smile on Saturday group theme football fever.
Poland issued a set of 8 colourful world cup football postage stamps to celebrate the 1966 world cup. The stamps featured historic matches from previous world cups.
Here are four of the stamps.

Greater Manchester Police joined forces with Manchester United Foundation to teach young fans about road prior to United’s recent match against Tottenham Hotspur.
The event gave young people the chance to complete a road safety based obstacle course and practice their football skills.
Chief Inspector Alec McMurchy of the Force’s Trafford Division was joined by Manchester United legend Dennis Irwin and the club’s mascot, Fred the Red.
Kumho Tyres sponsored the event.

Novices playing football after a long day of classes in monastic school in Mandalay.
This school was established with the purpose of providing free education to poor children. It is predominantly for poor students who, for various reasons, are unable to attend government schools. Currently, the school is successfully running from Kindergarten to High School levels with over 6000 students and 280 teachers. The students are from both urban and rural poor families and include orphans, abused, neglected, abandoned and poverty stricken children of different ethnicities from all around Myanmar.

Palace manager Roy Hodgson had announced he would be leaving the club at the end of the season after four years in the job. He was given a warm reception from the 6,500 Palace fans who had been allowed to attend the match as part of the relaxing of Covid restrictions.

Crystal Palace Football Club helped to subsidise Hartlepool's coach travel to bring 4,700 of their fans down to London on the long journey from the north east.
Two first-half goals by Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi and Michael Olise were enough to beat Hartlepool and send Palace into the FA Cup Fifth Round.
