Hello dear friends.
I´m on my feet again , slowly , slowly, I'll be back.
A lot of training right now, and it's hard to sit at the computer.
But I'm glad that finally I'll soon have two healthy knees to go with it.
Thanks for all the encouraging greetings.
Flower of Marmelo...Portuguese name for quince. The large yellow fruit is made into marmelado, a thick jelly.
Treating a flower like a person means to take a portrait shot. This image was created by shooting through a frame (lead in this case) and by using five LED spotlights in various positions. I had to go indoors as there is currently too much wind outside. Processed in Fujifilm's raw converter and macOS High Sierra photo editor.
I think this is a Russian Thistle. If anyone knows different let me know. I captured this about 10 years ago and I had just started my Flickr account. When I posted this image, I was only getting 10 or 20 views a day. So this one jumped up to a couple of hundred and it really surprised me.
