wongkarwaiesque (or rather christopherdoylesque) moment, playing/praying with FLOW, a very cool installation by Olivia Lee - actually, probably the best installation of this i light Marina Bay festival (that ended the 1st of april 2012), in my opinion.
simplicity, poetry, mystic beauty : Olivia Lee's installation is made of recycled plastic water bottles, wrapped with colorful papers, transformed in a sort of a beautiful enlightened prayer wheel. When the visitors turn the plastic bottles, they generate light. Like a prayer for light.
More about the installation here : www.ilightmarinabay.sg/Flow.html

Nikkor 50mm. f/1.4. 600 iso. Pas la moindre retouche.
Fourth shot with Blanche-Neige in her little lake!
Shot that I absolutely adore... I think one of my favorite shots in a while! Something about the crazy flow or movement... I dunno, there's something about it that just really hits me!
PS. This is an automatic post so please tag the participants for me !

Pinholga pinhole image
One of the things I enjoy most about pinhole photography is how it lends itself well to being spontaneous. Since there isn't a viewfinder, it forces the photographer to image their composition. I notice I tend to be that way more with my pinholga than I am with my zeroimage cameras. A tripod may make your photos sharper, but the act of putting the camera on a tripod somehow takes away from the spontaneous flow.
