For Macro Monday's "New" theme.
The front lawn here has been overrun by these tiny little native violets for near 10 years now. About twice a year I mow them, sadly, which I did recently. Happy new week out there, hope the post Christmas/New Year hangovers have all dissipated.
In the embrace of fiery petals,
a secret world unfolds.
Emerald whispers curl around amber dreams,
as if spring and flame have struck an accord.
A bloom both fierce and tender,
where the pulse of nature beats in a kaleidoscope of color.

A burst of colors, soft and bright,
Each petal dancing in the light.
Together they bloom, a gentle grace,
A smile they bring, a warm embrace.
Captured the delicate beauty of this pink flower, using a wide aperture to create a dreamy, creamy bokeh. The soft background highlights the intricate details of the petals, bringing out their natural elegance. Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that remind me of the quiet beauty in nature.
What do you think? There’s something so peaceful about focusing on the small things. 🌸✨
