Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!

Today is a pink or purple day at Color My World Daily and we celebrate flora in monotone at the fabulous Smile on Saturday Group.

Of course my monotone of choice is purple and my flora of choice lately : leaves. Yes, I know that this is a rather unusual color for the leaves but I like the result…And I hope you like it too.

Dianthus chinensis, commonly known as rainbow pink or China pink is a species of Dianthus native to northern China, Korea, Mongolia, and southeastern Russia.

The constant rain this week made the snails to become more confident and ate away everything they found in the garden...even these lovely flowers could not avoid their fate.
