"The cool, crisp weather, combined with wonderful cloud formations, makes for stunning pictures." - Nancy Major, 2013 myPQB Story Contest

For the Flashback Friday group. Can't remember it being taken but I know it was in the Summer before I started Secondary School.I didn't have a trendy 'T' shirt shot so this will have to do.For some reason I'm wearing my new school's games shirt, and the red cords ,which I remember taking in on my mum's hand powered Singer.

I think I would have put me in an institution of some sort.

I'm about 18 months old here. And even early on, I did not like to be told how to do things.

We are in my parents' backyard, and this is my grandmother. The same one who is getting a copy of yesterday's SP.

Gorgeous shot. I'm the baby.

It's so fun seeing all these old photos of you guys so I dug up one too. My mother hoards our childhood photos like a dragon but over the years I've managed to snatch up a few good ones.

I'm maybe four or five years old in this one. And yes, my dad was a total hippie.

digging through some old photos and i stumbled on this forgotten gem. this was taken at some capitol hill reception i attended during my first law school summer (2005). i was interning that summer for a really great group of lobbyists (believe it or not, there are some good ones out there). still to date one of the coolest jobs i've ever had...and not just because it allowed me to meet the future secretary of state.

i still do that when i see flowers in the spring.
