We found Maggie at a gravel pit close to the river, she must have lived on fish that had washed up on the shore~~she's the biggest fishmonger of the bunch.

sea cucumbers.
The Wikipedia website claims that the primary habitat of these stars is Japan and is rare in Sonoma County, California.
I guess I made a scientific discovery. I took a photo of mine in Mendocino.
