Really diggin this lens. Fun!

 

Hmm, my calculated focal length should be (35mm x 0.18 = 6.3mm!)

Peephole lens homemade test.

It works "fine" ( acceptable for a peephole lens) in short distance, but when the distance is longer the quality gets poor

I must admit that I’ve been quite intrigued with images taken with the fisheye lens when the camera is low down and the subject is at minimum focus distance. Here’s a photo of an Earthstar Puffball Fungus cropped to a 16:9 aspect ratio really because I got my bean bag in the foreground!

a fisheye view of my living room achieved by photographing a regular christmas ball. didn't edit it very much and it was merely an experiment.. but I like it though.

looking through a fisheye is the coolest thing, and you can see my tiny eye on the other side!
