Diane and I were doing the yuppie thing and went on a coffee date while doing a little photo class with her. My bride was learning the controls on her new D610 while I was setting up my new D810. It's fun to be nerdy sometimes!

I get a bonus from the state based on the pass rate in my AP classes. I could've spent it wisely to pay bills or I could blow it on cool stuff. Since we are going on a great vacation in a couple of weeks with lots of photo opps we decided to blow it on some new (factory refurbs actually) Nikons to replace our aging ones.

First day of Ben's senior Year, first day of Rachel's Freshman year. It it looks like they are really casual for first day back, its because day 1 of high school is a "retreat" at a local park.
