Fiesta is a fantastic track by the Pogues, and is sure to get children going crazy. This sky was a bit of a fiesta, with exploding lines of clods, add a reflection a rock pool, what could be better.

Parked up at a house that frequently has some classic Fords of some sort on the driveway, and today it was this Fiesta, finished in a very 70's two tone paint job, which I like very much! Currently taxed until the 1st of May 2023 but has been without MOT since the 30th of October 2019, although it does not need to have one as it is over 40 years old and classed as a historic vehicle. It had 35,007 miles at its last MOT in 2018 although that would have risen since then. Last logbook change was on the 10th of August 2020.
These striking Cosmos blooms are so vibrant and make a bold display when planted with other bright flowers, as here in my Mother-in-law's garden.

Here's a wide view of what I call the Fiesta Chinle site in Arizona.
Under the flat mesa at right, these colors undoubtedly continue for many miles. The Chinle formation extends laterally over much of the Colorado Plateau and is found in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado. The soft Chinle mudstone often contains numerous thin layers of different colors, including red, orange, black, pink, brown, green and even blue.
Kellie and I are now back from Los Cabos and still enjoying the memories. Here is a view of Fiesta Americana from right below the pool in the morning.
