Rural landscape nearby my hometown

One of my local locations.

The field to the left has some last remnants of the yellow oil rape seed crop.

On passing yesterday there were a large patch of red poppies in the middle.

On visiting the field last evening i couldn't get anywhere near the patch of red,so i used this lone poppy plant.

I did attempted a shot of the patch and may process it later.
