A Budapesti Közlekedési Zrt, Ganz CSMG-2 tram on route 2 between Jászai Mari tér Közvágóhíd, a short route of 6km passes by the 1914 built Steamer 'Kossuth'.
The Kossuth was built by the same company as the tram, Ganz-Danubius as the Ferencz Ferdinant Foherczeg to carry 1200 passengers.
At the time of this image the vessel was enjoying life as a static role in use as a restaurant.
Im Ortszentrum der 780-Seelen-Doppelgemeinde Velm-Götzendorf (GF) steht heute an der örtlichen Hauptstrasse diese etwa 5m hohe barocke Marien-Säule aus Sandstein. Sie ist vom Marien-Typus Bavaria-Madonna. Sie ruht in 161m SH im Ortsried auf einem neu errichteten rechteckigen Grundfundament auf dem die Marien-Säule aufgerichtet wurde. Sie hat unterhalb einen hohen Fussblock der oberhalb gewulstet ist. Am Fussblock ein wuchtiges Sockelpostament das an allen vier Seiten durchgehende Segmentbogenöffnungen zeigt. An den vier Kanten sind Eckpilaster angeheftet. Am Sockel ein quaderförmiges Postament das an seiner Vorderseite eine seichte Kartusche zeigt in der ein grosses Halbrelief eines Herzens zu sehen ist. Im Herzen ist folgender Stiftungstext eingraviert: "IESVS. V. MARIA SCHENCK ICH FERDINANT BLANNER MEIN HERZ VND MEIN SELL". Darunter das Stiftungsjahr: 1709. Die beiden seitlichen Kartuschen sind ohne Information. Über der Kartusche ein umlaufender schmaler Sims. Am Postament eine vorkragende Deckplatte die unterhalb barock gestuft ist. An der Vorderseite ist noch ein Wappen angeheftet. Auf der Deckplatte ein geschwungener Figurensockel mit einem Sims darin. Am Figurensockel ein kleines Wolkenpostament Auf dem die gut gearbeitete Figur der gekrönten Gottesmutter Maria mit dem gekrönten Jesuskind am Arm. Maria hält in ihrer rechten Hand noch ein Zepter, Jesus hält in seiner Hand den Reichsapfel. Stifter war der Müllermeister aus Velm, Ferdinand Blanner, der aus Dank für die überstandene Pestperiode von 1679 diese Figur in seinem Vorgarten aufrichten liess. 2001 wurde die damals restaurierte Statue, etwa 70m weiter, an ihren heutigen Standort transferiert.

La Piazza San Carlo és una de les places més importants de Torí. Té 168 metres de longitud i 76 d'amplada, amb una superfície total de 12.768 metres quadrats. Està situada al recorregut de la Via Roma, que l'uneix la Piazza Castello i la Piazza Carlo Felice. És escenari habitual d'esdeveniments històrics i socials, com ara mítings, concerts, manifestacions, directes de televisió, protestes sindicals i celebracions dels triomfs esportius de la Juventus, el conegut equip de futbol torinès.
Al centre hi ha el monument eqüestre a Manuele Filiberto, anomenat Caval ëd Bronz (Cavall de Bronze en piemontès), obra de Carlo Marochetti el 1838, que representa el duc en l'acte d'enfundar l'espasa després de la victòria de San Quintín.
Als costats hi ha l'edifici Solar del Borgo, del segle XVII, i, al costat sud, les dues esglésies bessones d'estil barroc: la de Santa Cristina (1639), projectada per Castellamonte, i la de Sant Carlo, construïda el 1619 i atribuïda a diversos arquitectes, entre ells Castellamonte. La façana còncava de la primera va ser residenyada per Filippo Juvarra el 1715. La façana de l'església de Sant Carlo és del llombard Ferdinant Caronesi (1836).

He is an honest guy.

Het verzetsmonument in de Transwijk te Utrecht is een gedenksteen van Franse kalksteen, geplaatst op een smal voetstuk. Het verzetsmonument wordt omgeven door beige natuursteen tegels. Langs drie zijden van dit tegelwerk (links, rechts en achter) ligt een lint van donker granieten banden met daarop de namen van Utrechtse verzetsmensen, hun leeftijden en verzetsdaden.

De tekst op het oorspronkelijke verzetsmonument is een strofe uit een verzetsgedicht van Yge Foppema:

Voorheen stond het monument op de plaats waar de Kon. Wilhelminalaan en het Anne Frankplein in elkaar overgaan, maar is 2011 verplaatst naar een nabijgelegen plantsoen. Op 4 mei 2015 is het in opdracht van Oranjecomité Utrecht Zuid-West uitgebreide monument heronthuld. Voor deze onthulling is het monument opgeknapt, de betegeling rond het monument vervangen en is er rond het monument een donker granieten lint geplaatst met daarop een nieuwe tekst langs drie zijden van het vernieuwde tegelwerk. Het ontwerp van deze uitbreiding is gemaakt door monumentontwerper Leonie Brinks. Het lint illustreert het verhaal van het Utrechtse verzet en hun verzetsactiviteiten.

Samuel Johan Forsgard (d. 1912) came to Texas from Sweden in 1855. Two years later, he married Mary C. Johnson (or Jonsson) (d. 1897) and moved to Waco. Their son, Edward Ferdinant "Fuzzy" (1870-1941), married Anna Marie Weaver (1877-1963), and he and his father designed this home, which was built by Swedish carpenters and completed in 1908.
Samuel lived in a small house built behind the larger home, where Edward and Anna raised five daughters and one son, who like his father and grandfather before him, was an expert marksman. Samuel and Edward were both Special Texas Rangers, and Edward held the 1908 world title in trapshooting. He and his father were also inventors. Anna, also known as Annie, or "Queenie" to the doctors she assisted, dedicated her life to sharing, giving food and drink to many at the back door. A log in the backyard served as a table for the travelers and as a storytelling venue for the Forsgard men.
In addition to Samuel's house, the Forsgard's lot included a hull house, where the hulls from the family's cotton farm were dumped for their many animals, including cows, horses, dogs, pigs, chickens, pigeons and deer. Two barns housed the feed and the animals, as well as the family's surrey, or buggy. Family servants lived in a small house, once a part of the barn.
The main house is a modified ell, designed in the Queen-Anne style with Classical columns and decorative shingling at the roof gable end. The porch, modified in 1930, features a low, solid wall, reportedly added to hide the legs of women and girls as they sat on the porch. Today, the house remains an architectural landmark of Waco's history. (2002) (Marker No. 12905)
Op 31 maart werd bijwagen 968 door de 533 van de Museumtramlijn naar de Hoofdwerkplaats Rail te Diemen gebracht waar het opladen op de trailer plaatsvond.
De wagen gaat rijden in het Hannoversches Strassenbahn Museum in Wehmingen. Van het trammuseum uit Graz gaat motorwagen 902 naar het HSM.

Het huidige huis de Nienoord te Leek is de opvolger van de oude borg van die naam. De Nienoord werd in 1525 gesticht door Wigbold van Ewsum, afkomstig van Den Oord te Middelstum en zijn vrouw Beetke van Rasquert. Na de brand van de borg in 1846 liet jonker Ferdinant Folef van In en Kniphuisen de bovenverdieping van de borg afbreken. In 1886 kwam het huis in bezit van de familie Van Panhuys.

De Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk is de parochiekerk van Zutendaal, gelegen aan de Dorpsstraat.
Begin 13e eeuw werd een romaanse kerk gebouwd, waarvan de onderbouw van het koor bewaard is gebleven. Begin 14e eeuw werd de vroeggotische westtoren en de middenbeuk gebouwd. Dit gebeurde waarschijnlijk nadat Graaf Arnold V van Loon in 1304 het patronaatsrecht schonk aan de Abdij van Averbode.
In 1598 werd de kerk door krijgsbenden in brand gestoken. Vermoedelijk is daarna het huidige gewelf en bovengedeelte van het koor tot stand gekomen. Ook in de 18e eeuw vonden er herstelwerkzaamheden plaats.
In 1896 werd de kerk uitgebreid door Ferdinant Lohest. Hierbij werden de zijbeuken en transeptarmen afgebroken en vervangen door vergrote neogotische zijbeuken en transeptarmen, waarmee de kerk zijn huidige uiterlijk kreeg.
De kerk werd gebouwd in mergelsteen op een plint van breuksteen.
