Und das ist gut so. Neurotische Wahrheiten, apathische Fluchtversuche. Irgendwo dazwischen der Moment des Innehaltens. Meine Lebenslibido braucht kein Viagra sondern ein Fatcap auf einer Baumarktkanne.Ich habe gelernt, all meine Sorgen zu vergessen. Momentaufnahmen genügen mir...“
New York was an amazing experience for sure, but, every piece was a battle against next to no time, a real shame cos me and TRANS cant flex fully in 4-5 hours.... we need a full days grind.
So here we go, back to the UK sunshine, a full day to play with, and, hey presto, i'm happy again....
Just one of those days where pretty much everything went to plan, TRANS, you nailed the Cube too... heavy, great day ma brother !!

Roa - Pieuvre Octopus
Roa (né en 1975) est le pseudonyme d'un artiste urbain belge. Il est mondialement connu pour ses fresques animalières géantes.
Roa travaille en noir et blanc, occasionnellement il ajoute un peu de rouge ou de vert. Pour couvrir les surfaces larges il utilise de la peinture blanche à base de latex qu'il applique au rouleau, puis une peinture à bombe aérosol noire et enfin un marqueur pour les détails tels que les poils. Fasciné par les animaux, Roa estime qu’ils « ont beaucoup plus à dire sur le monde que n’importe quelle autre créature », lors d’une interview pour le magazine FatCap.
Il peint généralement en noir et blanc avec des brosses et des bombes aérosols. En 2008, il commence à peindre des rats géants dans un entrepôt abandonné de Gand, sa ville d’origine. Roa est un globe-trotteur et a peint en Australie, aux États-Unis, en Afrique et en Europe.
Roa considère la peinture comme un besoin et une démarche thérapeutique. Il ne décide de ce qu’il va peindre qu’au moment où il se trouve sur le lieu. Roa s’inspire des gens, des légendes, des matériaux à sa disposition et de la forme du mur. C'est pour ces raisons qu’il peint les animaux locaux. Il les représente avec une précision extrême en reprenant le style graphique des planches anatomiques des vieux manuels de médecine

Just got back from a painting tour of the South West, first off, the Lighthouse Jam in Paignton, Devon....
This was a full weekend of painting a nightclub inside and out, 50 artists headlined, from writers to stencil artists, the end result was pretty spectacular....I pretty much smashed the piece on the 1st day, went back on second afternoon just to do the green toxic smoke/sky and tidy up.....
BIG up REM and ICAN who dropped characters either side of me, and, all the heads there, was wicked to meet 'n greet all of you, and massive thanks to the organisation for the event, not forgettin Lady S... your support is endless and admirable.
