Making an appearance for 2020. A little out of focus branch just in the wrong area. I tried to move to a different spot, but it flew away.
Yn 568ex, one through octabox, second through medium soft box, both half power, triggered with yn622c-tx.
With this photo I stay with the subject of trees but change location. Another impression from the fairytale laurel woods of the Fanal on the isle of Madeira. To get as much details as possible I made a panorama from 6 vertical shots in HDR.
A group of mature rail-enthusiasts have grabbed pole position to admire the sleek lines and resplendent looking GBRf class 57, unit 57310, which is seen here waiting time at Nuneaton station.
It's working the 9.17am Widnes Transport Tech - Leicester Loco Inspection Point service (5M95), with a light load made up of a pair of EMU translator vehicles.
The train was scheduled to spend around 30 minutes just here - plenty of time for the various snappers around the station to get the shot they wanted, and for these gents to enjoy the sight and sound of this 1960s vintage locomotive - even if the innards are rather more up to date.
Comments off, thanks.

This was our last night on the ship as we were steaming NW directly toward the Florida Coast, and the sunset in the west was directly ahead of the bow. Almost as if the captain pointed the ship directly at the setting sun! A magical sunset at sea developed. Magnificent! And we were headed straight at it! Was pretty windy, but absolutely incredible for the dozen or so of us out on the bow witnessing this. A truly awesome sea-sunset. Spectacular! Thank you for looking.

Austin, Texas
After much disorganization and a cancelled music festival (Which I flew out to on my birthday...making this literally the worst birthday ever), Austin Psych/Levitation festival organizers botched up the selling of tickets for some of the bands in one off venues as they were already trapped in Austin and had no festival to play. Of course, instead of selling them to people who were standing in line for hours or already had wrist bracelets for the fest, they sold them online and scalpers scooped them up in seconds. So, these are the fans that loved Slowdive so much they climbed on top of a huge truck to watch and listen from a distance.
