Provides customized support to enable an individual to secure and maintain employment in the community. Call 303-858-2344 for more information. Employment Services may be available for adults enrolled into programs, or possibly those on adult waiting lists. Contact your Resource or Waitlist Coordinator for more information.
In this program, individuals are placed in jobs in existing businesses and on-going support within the job is provided. Supported Employment provides a high level of integration with non-disabled co-workers. Employment is characterized by placement of one person with one job. The employer pays commensurate wage and benefits available to all new employees. Employment Consultants are available to provide help with on-site training based on an individuals needs. Employment Consultants are also available to provide other non-work related support necessary for job retention.

The Comprehensive Care Services department of Continuum of Colorado offers a variety of residential placements with supervision and independence levels tailored to the individual requirements of the person served. Comprehensive Services staff are committed to addressing the total needs of each individual in a typical home environment. Residential settings include independent living situations, group homes, apartment programs and host homes.
The health, safety and welfare of all persons in the Comprehensive Services program are of paramount importance. Top issues include proper dispensing of medicines, appropriate access to medical services, proper nutrition and food preparation, grocery and personal needs shopping, provision for personal hygiene services, training regarding personal care, access as desired to friends, family, and all other aspects of daily living.
As part of a holistic services approach, the Comprehensive Services department incorporates community participation and day program services for persons in out-of-home placement as a part of a 24 hour approach.

young mothers working with Julie’s Family Learning Program, which provides a comprehensive array of services such as adult basic education, family literacy, job readiness training, life skills education, family support, counseling, adult and child educational tutoring, and infant, toddler, and Montessori Preschool services.
Supported living services (SLS) are provided through the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) SLS Waiver. This program provides a variety of services and supports for adults living in their own homes or with a family in the community. The services allowed include personal assistance with daily living, homemaking skills, employment, day services, assistive technology, home modification, professional services, transportation and emergency assistance. Program slots, also called resources, are limited by the State and there is a waiting list.
