Very nice visitor in Nimes for a short fuel stop. This modified Falcon 20 is used for atmospheric research. Currently, it is operated in collaboration with Airbus for the tests of sustainable aviation fuel emissions on an A321neo. The Falcon follows the Airbus a few kilometers away to analyze the emissions of the aircraft. Hope to see it again pretty soon!
A 'new' aircraft for Draken Europe (previously Cobham), registered in the UK on 04 November 2020 and seen her after completing a test flight. Aircraft was built in 1978 and had completed 10104 hours by 17th March 2021.

Pushing back at Heathrow circa summer 1974, when this United 737 was first leased in by Aer Lingus. As can be seen, it retained the United blue cheatline, which at least did not clash too much with the Aer Lingus livery of the time. The same aircraft (N9066U) was leased by Aer Lingus again from May 1975 to October 1976, by then in a basic livery based on United's 1970s "Saul Bass" colours.
Some executive jets parked on the Terminal side at this time and in this case they are a Gulfstream II (possibly N801GA msn 173, later to become G-BDMF), a JetStar (Luftwaffe?) and a Falcon 20. The Trident 1 wearing BEA livery with BA titles is also typical of the time, as very few of the former BEA and BOAC aircraft were repainted for the first couple of years of BA's life.

The Queen took a great delay today about his test flight, i would lie if i tell you that i wasn't nervous :D
When i was driving, it was completely cloudy and suddenly near Basel, the sun appeared for a short time when he landed.
I'm so happy for having it, especially after the Cobham Falcon 20 yesterday :)

Although it appears to be painted as Alpha-Oscar-India, all published information shows the last character to be a numeric One.
That was a very nice visitor of the last Paris Air Show. The German Aerospace Center (DLR in German) operates this cute 44-year old Mystère 20 for atmospheric researches. Seeing these birds is quite rare, especially outside of their country, that's why every occasion to spot them is great!

I had the choice to go to Basel from a such JASDF 77W and a QAF 345 but as i already made them, i decided to go back at Baden-Airpark (FKB) for that beauty 😍
By the way, there were almost four FA20 of the same company that week there..probably a long deployment near Souda Bay in Greece and that one was really well fitted;)
