St. Elizabeth Place rehabilitation will preserve the historic St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Convent as a new development of affordable homes for families and individuals. The mixed-income building will contain studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes, along with a diverse offering of amenities such as an on-site resource center for career opportunities and regularly offered health and wellness seminars. The renovation of this iconic site marks an important part of redeveloping Lyons Avenue Corridor in the historic Fifth Ward.

On 14th Nov 2008 Essay and Drawing competition on ''Grandparents'' was oragnised for Inergeneration project .Many Schools and Childrens - around 1000 entries were there.This programme was organised by Mumbai F Ward Senior Citizens association.The Family Welafre Agency,Shree Manav Seva Sangh,FESCOM and ARDSI participated.Silver Inning Foundation along with Lions Club had sponsored the prizes.
