This card was inspired by the blue and yellow colour combination of
Sneak Peek #2 on Hero Arts Blog.
I used blue card stock and hand cut some yellow card into a curvy shape
then mounted it on white card to give it some definiation. The stamp I used
was Hero Arts E3345 Swirl Bloom, which I hand coloured and then cut out.
I stuck them on with 3D foam to give them height and then added a small
sentiment to finish it off.
This card is featured on my craft blog.

I was without internet since yeasterday night trying to catch now.hope you understand
while rushing past bryant park yesterday, these daffodils stopped me in my tracks. there's something about flowers in manhattan that screams hope to me. it's a wondrous thing that such a small, fragile stem can stand tall in these canyons of concrete and steel.
i'm posting this for those of us who need some strength and hope today. for susan, a.k.a. auntsmack4u, who just lost her father. for jodi, whose eye really needs to get better. for leslie, whose back pain is back. for fran, who's having surgery soon. for robin, who needs strength right now. for ian, who's been illin' way too long. for diana, who's in a photo funk. for susan; she knows why. for april and patrick, whose big day is any day now. for tim, who's still healing. for penny, who gives of her hope so freely. for...
in fact, this is for everyone, because we all have those potholes in our roads that trip us up and make getting to the end of the day a challenge. if this daffodil can do it, so can we.

I love the large patterned paper and used it for the card base. I just cut 8 squares and folded it in half.
